As of the release of Java 7U45, released in SCUPdates as of October 18, 2013, the below switches have been added for Java content within SCUPdates as a default. If you do not wish to use these switches make sure to update the information on Java patches within SCUP prior to publishing the updates.
/s IEXPLORER=1 MOZILLA=1 JAVAUPDATE=0 /quiet
